About the Role:
We’re looking for skilled, creative 3D animators to bring our YouTube shows to life.
You’ll be paired with an animation director and writer who will work with you to turn raw scripts into animated videos and Shorts that are engaging, immersive, and visually impressive.
The stories, characters, and worlds will already be in place. Your job is to bring them to life through expressive animation, strong visual storytelling, and creative execution that keeps viewers hooked from the first second to the last.
While animation is your primary focus, we value artists who can contribute beyond it when needed, whether that means working with cameras, environments, lighting, or other elements that help bring a scene together.
This application is for animators with no specific preference for a type of show who are open to working across different projects. That way, we can assign you to the team and projects where we think your skills and creative style will fit best.
What We're Offering:
You won’t be put into a full-time position right away, as we first need to see if you’re the right fit. Instead, you’ll be paid per project from day one while you learn and adapt to our workflow.
After sufficient time has passed, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a full-time role, where you’ll take on more projects, explore different animation styles, and work more closely with the team.
You’ll have a creative team behind you, guidance from experienced directors, and the opportunity to develop your skills in animation, pacing, and visual storytelling. Your work will contribute to a growing platform with the potential to reach millions of viewers, alongside other talented animators and creators on the roster.
What We're Looking For:
Someone with a strong understanding of animation principles, a creative eye, and the ability to turn ideas into visually compelling scenes.
We’re looking for animators who understand how movement, timing, posing, and expression can make a character feel alive. You should be able to interpret a script, make creative decisions, and deliver animation that serves the story while keeping viewers engaged.
A good sense of composition, camera work, and overall visual presentation is a plus. You don’t need to be an expert in every aspect of 3D production, but being comfortable contributing beyond animation when needed is valuable.
This is a variable-level audition, so artists ranging from those with around one year of experience to senior animators are welcome to apply. We care about your skills, creativity, and potential just as much as your years of experience.
